By visiting lupinsync.tech, registering for software services on invoices.lupinsync.tech, or integrating LupinSync plugins and applications into your business infrastructure, you enter into a binding contract governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Operating Entity & Governance
LupinSync is operated exclusively by Bhoi Enterprises (Proprietor: Rohan Kumar Bhoi). All rights, claims, service contracts, and commercial transactions are managed under the legal aegis of Bhoi Enterprises.
3. Software License & Usage Rights
Software licenses granted for LupinSync Invoices or associated software are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable in cases of breach or illicit reverse engineering. Users may install software only on the number of authorized domains specified in their active plan.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants utilizing LupinSync software for tax calculation and invoicing agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your business GSTIN, legal address, HSN/SAC classifications, and tax rate selections comply with applicable laws of the Republic of India.
- You will maintain the security of any cloud API keys or license credentials provided.
- You will not use our services for unlawful transactions or malicious network activities.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The brand name “LupinSync”, official wolf logo graphics, website layouts, source code, and software interfaces are proprietary assets belonging to Bhoi Enterprises. Third-party names (such as WordPress and WooCommerce) belong to their respective owners and are referenced solely for technical interoperability context.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Our software and web properties are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for absolute reliability and compliance accuracy, Bhoi Enterprises does not provide legal or tax counsel, and merchants must verify final tax returns with their certified tax professionals.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bhoi Enterprises and its proprietor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, software incompatibilities, or third-party hosting failures.
8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed in all respects by the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms to reflect evolving legal, regulatory, or product requirements. Continued usage of LupinSync platforms following published revisions constitutes acceptance.
